Newly Appointed Chief Minister Sindh Murad Ali Shah started off his first day at office by taking a strong stand against VIP culture as he ordered to remove the barriers and encroachment around Chief Minister House Karachi.
Murad Ali Shah took oath yesterday and promised to make Sindh, safe, secure, healthy, wealthy and literate”.
Murad Ali Shah also wishes to reduce the number of police cars assigned to him for his protocol.
In his first speech as CM Sindh Murad Ali Shah announced the top priorities of his government would be education, Law and order and health.
“I will not avail a large security protocol that creates problems for commuters,” Murad said in his policy statement after his victory. “People’s power, people’s authority and people’s rule is my agenda.”
“I am focused and have clear targets to make Sindh safe, secure, healthy, wealthy and literate,” he said, inviting all Sindh Assembly members to “work together for a cleaner Karachi, a greener Thar and a safer Sindh.”
