Pakistan bat first against World XI in second Independence Cup clash

Pakistan won the toss and opted to bat in the second Twenty20 International (T20I) game of the Independence Cup at Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium on Wednesday.

Shortly after the toss, the sky looked overcast as a dust storm swept through the stadium.

Mohammad Nawaz and Osman Shinwari have replaced Hasan Ali and Faheem Ashraf respectively. Hasan Ali is suffering from back injury.

Samuel Badree and Paul Collingwood come in for Darren Sammy and Grant Elliott in World XI.
