The Supreme Court of Pakistan condemned Senator Nehal Hashmi to one-month detainment and barred him from holding public office for the next five years as it reported its decision in the hatred of court body of evidence against the previous PML-N stalwart.
A three-member seat of the peak court, headed by Justice Asif Saeed Khosa and involving Justice Maqbool Baqar and Justice Dost Mohammad and additionally forced a fine of Rs50,000 on the senator.
