Following their private meeting with the Queen late last week, Prince Harry and his bride Meghan Markle have been’reassured’ of their safety in the UK, according to The Daily Mail.
The pair were so moved by their visit that they are thought to be reconsidering their earlier reservations about returning to the UK, and may even return in time for Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee festivities in June.
“Harry was quite satisfied with the way the operation worked and the connection between his security team and the Metropolitan Police,” a royal insider said.
“He feels it indicates a suitable solution may be found,” the insider continued, “enabling him to come across with his children as early as the Platinum Jubilee.”
The Queen has reportedly issued an invitation to Harry and Meghan to appear on the Buckingham Palace balcony with other members of the royal family to commemorate her Platinum Jubilee.
