Kevin Federline, Britney Spears’ ex-husband, recently reacted to the singer’s pregnancy news.
Federline’s attorney, Mark Kaplan, informed E! News that the former backup dancer had conveyed his blessing to the expecting parents.
“Kevin is aware of Britney’s recent announcement regarding her pregnancy and wishes her a happy and healthy pregnancy,” Kaplan told the news site.
“And congratulates her and Sam Asghari as they embark on the exciting journey of motherhood together,” he said.

After courting for four months, the Piece of Me singer married Federline in 2004. Two years later, in 2006, the couple split.
Sean Preston and Jayden Spears are Spears and Federline’s two sons.
The 40-year-old singer revealed on Instagram that she and her partner Sam Asghari are expecting a child.
“I dropped so much weight to go on my Maui trip just to gain it back,” she wrote. ‘Geez…’ I thought. ‘Wait, what happened to my stomach?’ ‘No, you’re food pregnant, stupid!!!’ remarked my husband.
“So, I took a pregnancy test… “And, uhhhhh, yeah… I’m having a baby,” Spears continued.
