The BAIC BJ40 was released late last year by Sazgar Engineering Works Limited (SEWL), but no more automobiles have been announced. In 2020, it will debut the D20 hatchback and the X25 subcompact crossover at the PAPS car show. Due to the possibility of being inexpensive, both cars received a lot of interest.
However, a registered unit of the X25 was recently sighted on Pakistani roads, suggesting that its introduction is still on the cards. The news is accompanied by images and registration details for a white X25 registered in Punjab.
The automobile is a 2022 model that was registered on May 11 and has a Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of Rs. 2,935,000, according to the document.
BAIC told ProPakistani when the X25 was first shown over two years ago that it would cost the same as a Suzuki Cultus. Given that the latter is now priced at Rs. 2,762,000, BAIC’s subcompact crossover SUV is not far behind.

According to reports, Pakistan would receive both a manual and automatic version of the X25.

- Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD)
- Brake Assist (BA)
- Parking sensors
