Adam Waldman, who has worked on and off for Depp’s legal team since October 2016, claimed that images and films supplied to him by rock musician Charles Manson helped to debunk Ms Heard’s allegations about one alleged violent event that occurred on Thanksgiving 2013.

“I believe the recordings and images undermined her narrative in that episode – Thanksgiving, perhaps 2013,” he testified.
Waldman appears to be referring to a Thanksgiving 2015 film that was shown during Mr Depp’s libel case against a magazine in the United Kingdom, which he lost.

Before David began following Jack, Mr Manson joked that Ms Heard’s father was “a monster” on the footage.
In the UK lawsuit, Depp’s legal team claimed that the film depicted “a pleasant family occasion,” casting doubt on Ms Heard’s version of events from that day.
Mr Depp allegedly ripped her shirt, tossed her across the room, and smashed glass at her during the argument, according to Heard.
