Richie Mylar’s family says they are proud of him, weeks after he split up with TV personality Helen Skelton.
Last month, Richie dumped Helen, 38, and their three children for another woman.
He is now dating the daughter of his rugby club’s multi-millionaire president.
However, on his 32nd birthday, his sister Rachel shared a photo of herself with the Leeds Rhinos star.
“Happy birthday to the best big brother a sister could ask for,” she wrote.
“I adore you and am incredibly proud of who you are.”
Helen secured the job of hosting Channel 4’s rugby league coverage just days after it was announced Richie was dating Stephanie Thirkill.
Since the separation, she had been absent from her BBC1 presenting position at Countryfile, but fans were delighted to see her on Channel 4 presenting the Hull KR against Catalan Dragons match.
In the absence of presenter Adam Hills, who is now in Australia, she is in charge of the coverage.
Helen wore an oversized black blazer, black pants, and brown boots to work yesterday.
Fans were ecstatic to see the presenter back to our screens and flocked to social media to express their delight.
“It’s great to see Helen Skelton is still hosting the Rugby League on Channel 4,” one enthusiastic supporter said.
“Given recent events, I’m sure it can’t be easy for her, but she always does a fantastic job because she’s a top-notch professional.”

Helen engaged a private investigator after becoming suspicious of rugby league player Richie’s behaviour, according to The Sun.
