After evading jail for a drunk-driving crash, KATIE Price is due in court tomorrow charged with a new driving offence.
The troubled singer, 43, was spotted speeding in a BMW near her filthy property in Horsham, West Sussex, exceeding the 60mph speed limit.
It was only 11 days later, on September 28, that she flipped the flash motor in a drunk-driving accident.
Katie will be prosecuted with speeding at Crawley Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.
She is also accused of failing to provide police with information after a traffic violation.
Katie’s most recent court appearance comes after she was accused with violating a restraining order.
The ex-glamour model allegedly texted Kieran Hayler’s partner Michelle Penticost a “vile and filthy” message, calling her a “gutter s**g.”
She was cautioned that if she is convicted after pleading not guilty, she will face “serious consequences.”
Katie will appear in court at Lewes Crown Court on Wednesday.
She’s already serving a 16-week suspended sentence for drunk driving after crashing her BMW in September.
Katie overturned her BMW in Horsham, West Sussex, in September while driving to see a friend because she felt “lonely.”
When she got behind the wheel after ingesting cocaine and downing vodka and lemonades, she was already barred from driving.
A judge chastised her for feeling she was “above the law,” but due to a legal loophole, she was not sentenced to prison.
Amanda Kelly, a district judge, stated: “You showed no care for others when you opted to get behind the wheel that night.
“You had the potential to kill someone. Your actions forced the emergency services to waste valuable time.
“Not for the first time, you intentionally and deliberately disobeyed a court order.
“You appear to believe that you are above the law.”
Price, who has six prior driving convictions, has “one of the worst driving histories I have ever seen,” according to the judge.
She has appeared in court at least 16 times for driving offences but has never been sentenced to prison.
Katie was supposed to acquire her driver’s licence back in April, but an administrative error resulted in a six-month suspension.
After concealing the identity of the driver of her pink Range Rover during a crash in Bexley, she received an 18-month driving ban.
She has been barred from driving six times in the last ten years.
