Morgan Tremaine, an ex-TMZ employee, claims Amber Heard’staged’ the photo-op of her bruise in 2016.
Inside a Fairfax, Virginia courtroom, the ex-employee spoke about the insider tip line that culminated in a photo-op of her bruising in 2016.
“We were aiming to film Amber exiting the courthouse and an alleged bruising on the right side of her face,” he said at the outset.
“She was going to sort of come to a halt and turn towards the camera to show the purported bruise on the right side of her face.”
“The footage was submitted in through our email tip line,” he said of the video showing Mr. Depp hitting cabinets. It was a lot shorter than the footage that was shown during the trial.”
“At the beginning, there was a scene when Ms. Heard appears to be setting up the camera and getting into position,” says the narrator. Then there’s a scene near the conclusion where she appears to be snickering and looking at the camera. That part was missing from the package we received.”
