Katrina Kaif is often regarded as one of Bollywood’s most self-assured actresses. She did, however, reveal some of her prior battles with anxiety and stress in a recent story with Pinkvilla.
Kaif, like other actresses like Deepika Padukone and Alia Bhatt, has learned to live with worry and dread, according to a fragment of the Sooryavanshi star’s interview from Filmfare in 2019.
“Everyone has their own challenges and ways of overcoming them,” the 38-year-old explained.
“Books and other things have helped me understand not to be a slave to every thought that comes to mind or every feeling you feel,” the Dhoom beauty noted.
Furthermore, the Bang Bang actress echoed the Gangubai Kathiawadi star’s remark, saying, “It’s acceptable not to be okay.”
The diva stated that it is critical to express one’s actual feelings without equivocation.
Padukone was praised by Kaif for coming up about depression and exposing her vulnerabilities to the world.
The Zero actress did not believe it was necessary to “crumble under strain.”
“You and I are not the ones that keep this intricate, chaotic Universe operating. It is self-contained. Have confidence in it. Whoever is in charge of the Universe has your back. Put what you want out there. “Any thinking that isn’t productive should be discarded,” she continued.
In the meantime, the actress is working on three movies, including Tiger 3, Merry Christmas, and Phone Bhooth.
