The Apple ID account is linked to Apple’s devices, including the iPhone, iPad, and Macs. The Apple ID has a Country or Region selected, which is important since it determines which apps and services are available to the user based on the Apple ID’s location or region.
If you’re trying to access something that isn’t available in your region, or if you’ve just moved or relocated, you may want to update or change your Apple ID’s location. Although Apple allows customers to modify or update their Country or Region, the process is neither simple or straightforward.
We’ll teach you how to alter the location or region of your Apple ID account on your Apple iPhone in this step-by-step instruction.
How to change location or region on Apple iPhone
Step 1: Open the Settings application on your Apple iPhone.
Step 2: When the app opens, tap on your name which is at the top of the screen to open Apple ID settings.
Step 3: On the Apple ID settings page that opens, tap on the “Media & Purchases” option.
