
The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) forecasted rain in Karachi on Monday, along with moderate southwest winds.
The city could see light rain or drizzle during the day or night, according to the Met Office. “The temperature in the city has been recorded at 30 degrees Celsius, and it could increase to 36 degrees Celsius as the day proceeds,” it warned.
The winds will be 15 to 25 nautical miles per hour from the southwest, according to the Met Office.
The Met Office predicted dust and thunderstorms with rain in various Sindh regions on Sunday evening yesterday.
Dust-thunderstorms are expected in isolated areas of the province’s Dadu, Jacobabad, Qambar-Shahdadkot, Larkana, and Sukkur districts, according to the Regional Meteorological Centre Karachi.
Warm and humid weather is expected along the coast, with the possibility of drizzle at night or in the morning, according to the Met Office. According to the forecast prediction, hot and dry weather is expected elsewhere throughout the province.
Last night, rain fell in certain sections of Karachi, but the weather in Sindh’s interior remained gloomy.
