Due to a global Cloudflare outage, several prominent websites and applications are presently unavailable. Several big websites, including Discord, WordPress, NordVPN, Omegle, and hundreds of others, have been affected by the outage.
Cloudflare, for those unfamiliar, is a secure content distribution network (CDN) that combines proxy servers and an edge computing architecture to distribute information from the cloud safely and fast. It has a number of servers located all over the world to ensure that its consumers can access their online material fast and dependably.
When one of these servers has a problem, it prevents the relevant websites and services from loading, which is exactly what is happening right now. As a result, when users try to access websites and applications, they get internal server failures.
According to Cloudflare, the issue is related to rollbacks and other parts in their backbone. The company claims to have identified the problem and is working on a solution. They’re currently keeping an eye on the outcomes of these adjustments.
Most of the affected websites have recovered as of this writing, although some people are still unable to access them.
