Islamabad: Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan the former interior minister of Pakistan and senior member of PML-N has denounced the comparison of Benzarir Bhutto and Maryam Nawaz.
In his recent interview he said: “Comparing Maryam Nawaz to Benazir Bhutto is wrong.” There is a considerable amount of difference between the two leaders.
He Said Maryam Nawaz shall only be considered as the daughter of ex- Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, who was disqualified by the Supreme Court of Pakistan over Panama Case.
“Children are only children, they cannot be accepted as leaders,” Nisar stated, adding that they are “non-political”.
Nisar said that the daughter of ex- Prime Minister needs to prove her mettle in the field by engaging in political activities.
Benazir Bhutto has struggled a lot for the democratic process of the country. “Benazir Bhutto spent time in jail and suffered a lot.”
Maryam Nawaz has a long journey to go undertake in order to prove herself the true leader.
