PTI Chairman Imran Khan’s close associates Sahibzada Jahangir, Aneel Musarrat, and PTI UK President Rana Abdul Sattar departed Saudi Arabia in a hurry to escape interrogation by the country’s authorities following the hooliganism at Madinah’s Masjid-e-Nabawi (PBUH).

Jahangir, who is currently Imran Khan’s advisor for the overseas chapter, PTI donor Aneel Musarrat, and his brother-in-law, PTI UK President Rana Abdul Sattar, were scheduled to return to Manchester from Saudi Arabia on Saturday, but they rushed out after news of their involvement in the harassment incident began to circulate.

Jahangir was present with the alleged PTI supporters who abused and insulted Information Minister Maryam Aurangzeb and Minister for Narcotics Control Shahzain Bugti.

A Pakistani journalist from the UK who was present with them said that Jahangir and others arrived in Madinah in a group from Manchester.

“They were due to leave on Saturday but they rushed out as soon as people started calling on the Saudi authorities to arrest Sahibzada Jahangir and Aneel Musarrat for organising the protest. Out of seven people, only three left in hurry but the remaining remain are present in Madinah,” said the journalist.

The hooliganism event occurred at Iftari time on Thursday, according to the journalist, who requested anonymity. Jahangir, Sattar, and Musarrat all fled shortly after Sehri, according to him.

“People on social media were tagging Saudi officials to arrest and question them, so they were urged to leave as soon as possible.” “The reaction to photographs and videos of Sahibzada Jahangir and Aneel Musarrat on social media was terrifying,” he continued.

He added the group’s surviving members, Nabeel Mussarat, Solicitor Amar Alyas, and Gohar Jilani, are still in Saudi Arabia.

Although Jahangir denied organising the demonstration, he did admit to raising shouts and applauding the demonstrators. He stated, however, that he purchased tickets with the others two weeks ago.

When Sheikh Rasheed visits the UK, he lodges at Musarrat’s residence, having predicted that the Pakistani delegation will be assaulted.

Musarrat is the UK’s largest PTI contributor, and his brother-in-law Rana Abdul Sattar is the party’s president. On April 19, 2022, Jahangir was named Imran Khan’s Focal Person for the United Kingdom and Europe.

On Thursday night, a horrible occurrence occurred at Masjid-i-Nabawi (PBUH), and Jahangir was among the sloganeers, as can be seen in the recordings.

Following the event, Jahangir sent a video message on Twitter, saying, “While we were in Madina, there was a startling noise, and he and Anil Mussarat did nothing about it.” We had a good time.
