Due to the current law and order situation in the country, the Office of Deputy Commissioner Rawalpindi has announced the closure of public and private educational institutions in the city on May 26.
The commissioner stated in a notification published by the office that educational institutions will remain closed on May 26, 2022, in accordance with the earlier ruling.
This follows PTI’s lengthy march toward the federal capital.
The members’ current demand is that the date for general elections be announced.
In other news, all of Islamabad’s universities have scheduled online classes for students on May 26. Although the future course of action has not been announced, it is likely that colleges will continue to offer online education until the march is over.
