The Royal Family has been through significant changes, and it appears that this trend will continue in the next years.
According to one observer, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle met privately with Prince Charles after the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations.
According to the expert, the Royals require Harry’s return after he abandoned the family in a highly publicised decision with Meghan.
Though they currently live in California with Archie and Lilibet, the couple only recently returned to the UK as part of the four-day bank holiday.
If Harry does return to the family business, it will be a complete 180 from his earlier determination to keep his distance.
Will Harry and Meghan rejoin the Royal Family?
The author of The Palace Papers, Tina Brown, claims that the Royal Family will “require Harry back.”
This is because the royal firm requires assistance to lessen the burden that Harry’s departure has placed on the surviving members.
Tina remarked on the Guardian’s Today in Focus podcast that the firm is continuing to cut down in an effort to streamline it, with “a huge effort” to focus attention on the heir, Charles, and the Cambridges.
Tina elaborated: “Because they weren’t intended to lose Andrew or Harry, it’s looking a little skeleton at the moment, so it’s a bit of a dilemma for the slimmed-down monarchy.
“I believe the Cambridges are currently under too much pressure to be essentially picking up the slack for both Harry and Andrew.
“And I believe they will need Harry back at some point, most likely after the Queen passes away, because he was a valuable asset.”
