As numerous films return to theatres following a long hiatus because to the COVID-19 pandemic, another Saba Qamar starrer, Kamli, is currently ruling the charts with over 1 crore PKR on opening weekend. This year, five Pakistani films were released in theatres for Eid, however they didn’t sell well due to a Hollywood blockbuster, Dr. Strange Multiverse. As a result, there were high hopes for Sarmad Khoosat’s Kamli.
Kamli is a story about love, sorrow, and hidden secrets, as well as men and women’s inherent flaws and conflicts. Saba Qamar, Hamza Khawaja, Sania Saeed, Omair Rana, and Nimra Bucha are among the skilled cast members.
On its first weekend, the film has grossed nearly one crore rupees. The data have been revealed by a box office analyst, and things are looking good for this niche film.
