Neal Currey was a firearms influencer and former Army Ranger Neal Currey has passed away at 42, his wife Cassey Curry confirms in moving social media post.
According to his Casey, Currey passed away on Saturday; however, a cause of death was not mentioned
“It is with heavy hearts that we announce that our treasured Neal Currey passed away on September 10, 2022,” the post, which included a photo of Currey with his daughter, read.
“To know Neal was to love him. We have lost a wonderful husband, father, son, brother and friend. We will never be the same without Neal in our lives.
“At this time, funeral arrangements are being determined and will be communicated soon. Until then, we welcome your prayers and ask that you use this time to reflect on the memories.
“We miss him deeply, and know that this loss is deeply felt by many.”
Currey, served as an Army Ranger and completed five tours in the Middle East from 2004 to 2009, was the owner of a Utah gun range, Ready Gunner.
Before the news of his passing away broke online, Casey and Currey were enjoying the last few days of summer at Lake Powell, Utah.
The lovebirds was soaking up in the sun and doing water activities, flite boarding and wakeboarding.
