
Zaheer Abbas, the legendary cricketer, has been transferred to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at a London hospital after his health has deteriorated significantly.
Zaheer Abbas is in critical condition and has been transferred to a London hospital’s Intensive Care Unit (ICU). COVID-19 was purportedly contracted by the great cricketer while travelling to London from the United Arab Emirates.
Zaheer Abbas was sent to the hospital three days ago with kidney pain, but sources revealed that the former cricketer had also been suffering from acute pneumonia. Zaheer Abbas is currently undergoing dialysis and receiving oxygen, and his family has asked followers to pray for his recovery.
The 74-year-old batsman played Test and ODI cricket for Pakistan and also served as President of the International Cricket Council. The Asian Bradman is the name given to the elegant hitter.
